Appointment Policy
We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify the office immediately. We do charge for appointments broken without 24 hours advance notice.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday
8:00 am - 1:00 pm Friday
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we will be happy to file your claim for you. We extend a 45 day credit while awaiting payment from your insurance company. Should we not receive payment from your insurance provider within 45 days after your claim is filed, we will invoice the full balance to the patient.
We request that you pay the estimated amount not covered by your insurance at the time of service. Various arrangements are available for paying any balance not covered by your insurance.
Financial Information
Every effort is being made to keep down the cost or your dental care. You can help
us by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. If your treatment will require
several visits, you will receive an estimate of the proposed services so that some form
of financial arrangements can be made.
Financial Arrangement Options:
- Payment at time of service: We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express
- Financing: We have partnered with American General Dental Plan for outside financing
- Payment Plan: After initial down payment your balance may be divided into two monthly installments
